CRM - Notes Extension

Notes help your team know their customers better, deliver a rich and cohesive customer experience. Add as many Notes as your organizational standards demand.

Add Note to an Existing Customer

1. Admin > My Customers > [Registered Users or Guests]. The list of all customers displays; select the 'Profile' button next to the customer where you want to add the note. 
2. Click on the Notes > New Note. 
3. Add your note, and create it.
