Your role
- Design and build the z0 agents: their instructions, tools and limits
- Set targets per agent and measure them; find what to improve and ship it
- Choose the right model per job, from Claude and GPT to open models
- Work with the Builder agent and the team on new companies
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs: prompts, tools, evaluations
- Strong programming skills, ideally Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- You measure before you believe: tests, numbers, logs
- 3+ years in software or data work; telecom is a plus

- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to other engineers
- Partner closely with design and product
- Drive discussion and give feedback on code and architecture

- Experience building SPAs with React, Vue or other modern JavaScript libraries
- Strong understanding of modern CSS for layout, styling and animation
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform constraints on the web
