Hello,
When the customer make an order the app send an email with order (the user has selected the credit card as the payment method.)And when I open Order in coming, I view the new order , I click to complete and pay.After in app the user di product with "Finish" . But I not understand how the customer pay me, when he pay me.

Hello Samuela,

When you select a payment method in the Workstation, it's just for the accounting/reports. So basically, if you select "Pay Cash" and your client pays you in cash, but if you want to integrate online payment methods, than pelase check the link for the available integrations:
