Granting Support Access

Granting Zappter support access 

Use this option to grant and revoke support access to Zappter team to troubleshoot any issues that need escalation.
1. Click on your profile menu.

2. Select 'My Account' under your profile menu to go into your profile page.

3. When in the Billing and My Account screen, expand the ‘My Account’ option in this screen.  Then go to the 'Settings' option and click on the 'Access restricted' button on the right to grant access.

You have now granted Zappter support access and the button caption changes to 'Access granted':
