Receiving Orders - Admin

You can log into a workstation to manage your orders, bookings, events, and customer requests. However, you can also access any workstation from within the admin to manage the same. This section discusses using admin to manage your orders, bookings, events, and customer requests.

Managing workstations from admin

Navigate to Admin > Incoming. The below screen appears.

Open Workstations: This option displays all available workstations to manage from admin. You can click on any of the workstation to start accessing it as if you're in front of the workstation but without workstation's user credentials. See the previous section, Receiving Orders - Workstations for detailed information.
When you have only a single workstation setup, the moment you click on the sidebar option, 'Incoming,' it open the workstation.

New: This option shows any new orders, bookings, events, and user requests.

Completed: This option displays all completed orders with options to cancel or print the receipt.

Deleted: This option shows all deleted orders.

Pending Payments: This option shows all your pending payments, either due to a customer delaying the payments or failed payment from the payment gateways.
