Troubleshooting

Your first level support

Whenever there is a glitch in the platform, follow the below steps to troubleshooting the issue as the first-line of support.
 When you don't see your changes reflect on user devices, make sure that you have published your changes using the 'Put online' option in  Admin > Customize > Content. 
1. Admin > Troubleshoot > Synchronize.

2. Continue.
3. Retry once this operation finishes.
