Use the inventory stations to manage the inventory such as increase (when a new reorder is received), decrease stocks, search and view items, view alerts and pending orders, creating new items and modify existing items, etc.
Inventory Stations are ideal to be used in warehouses by the storekeepers, and QR code usage on items makes their day-to-day life easier to manage the operation.
Log-in to inventory stations
1. Admin > Inventory > Inventory Stations. Pick the inventory station that you want to log in to.
2. Click on the 'How to login' button.

Change password: To change the station login password
Three login options show up
Sign in to browser: Login to the station using a browser. This option has limitations
Sign in with your app: This is the ideal option if you're going to use the inventory station at your stores or to have full functionality of the inventory station
Log in as admin: Login to the station with more rights

2.1 Login to your app using the username/password above.
2.2 Main app screen shows up with all possible operations.
Book in: To receive items (increase quantity)
Take out: Issue from the warehouse (decrease quantity)
Balance: To view the balance or the current stock by warehouses
Orders: View the orders
Alerts: View current alerts created
Consumed: View the consumption
New Article: Create a new item
Edit Article: Modify an item
When accessing 'Book in & Take out' options, the system prompts to scan the QR code of the item to proceed.
